Kristan Getsy
President and CEO
Kristan is the founder, CEO and president of Life's Eyes Media. She brings a vast, award-winning media background to the table. Kristan is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University (bachelor's degree in journalism, with a minor in marketing). She has more than 12 years of broadcasting experience including time as a radio personality, reporter and news director, and television reporter and anchor. She worked in Ruston, Louisiana; Savannah, Georgia; Houston, Texas before moving to Greater Cincinnati. During her broadcast career, Kristan won 18 Associated Press awards including two first places in "Best Newscast", two first places in "Spot News Coverage", a first place in "Best Sound" and a first place in "Feature Reporting." And on a personal note, Kristan was named to the Forty Under 40 class of 2010 by the Cincinnati Business Courier and was honored as a YWCA Rising Star in 2009. Now, she oversees the day-to-day operations of Life's Eyes Media, taking a hands-on approach to most projects.
