Franciscan Haircuts from the Heart

How we helped a salon in Over-the-Rhine that provides professional hair care to those in need.

"Thank you so very much for the wonderful video on the Franciscan Haircuts from the Heart program!  You captured the mission so well!  Our guests who came to our event, "Pigtails, Panache & Pageantry", saw with their own eyes the transformation that happens when someone gets a much needed haircut.  Your skills in interviewing the people brought out their feelings about what they had experienced.  Our potential donors were deeply touched by the people in the video.  Seeing and hearing is believing!  The event was very successful!  We raised more money than we had anticipated and are able to expand our mission to more people who live below the poverty level.  I do believe that having the video shown at our event really captured the reason why we gathered together - to provide dignity to our less fortunate brothers and sisters, through a professional haircut!  People were so excited to be supporters of Franciscan Haircuts from the Heart program!"
