Many large corporations are getting involved with supplier diversity – but what does it take to be a leader at the forefront of the movement? L Brands is the parent company of clothing, accessory, and body brands recognized across the globe – Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works, and Henri Bendel – and they are paving the way in supplier diversity efforts.

Their push to become a leader in supplier diversity began in 2003 and has grown to include an annual Diversity Symposium and Awards. In close coordination, Life’s Eyes Media scripted and prepared the run of show, managed the visual and audio effects, and produced the 2015 Symposium, which hosted other Fortune 500 companies such as Macy's, Toyota, and Nationwide Insurance.

Life's Eyes Media produced two videos for L Brands: a video recapping the event and capturing participant testimony to the importance of supplier diversity, and a video showcasing the impact that L Brands' leadership is having across industries and the globe.
