The Ohio River Valley Women's Business Council (ORV-WBC) hosted their annual Catch the Wave Conference in Louisville, KY. The conference brings female entrepreneurs together to network, learn, and gain inspiration from each other over a 3-day period.
The women who attend the Catch the Wave Conference are small business owners, supplier diversity executives at Fortune 500 companies, and everything in between. Life's Eyes Media's involvement in the event was three-fold: to attend the event as a certified WBE business, management of the event flow, scripting, and audio/visual of the event, and production of an event recap video to be shared with conference attendees and used in future promotional materials.
The Life's Eyes Media team worked with leadership from the ORV-WBC to craft & manage the event run of show and script for each event. Our team collected the graphics and videos utilized and ensured a high quality and seamless production. Our AV Specialists orchestrated the main event flawlessly. Following the conclusion of the event, our team took footage we captured to create an event recap video depicting attendees in various settings and reflecting upon their positive experience.
